When engaging Applabs for services, payments are to be made according to the terms defined in the project agreement. Invoices are generally due within 14 days unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding amounts are settled.
Applabs is committed to delivering services with professionalism and care. However, we do not guarantee that websites, applications, or software will always operate without error or interruption. We are not liable for any indirect damages, financial losses, or disruptions arising from the use or inability to use our deliverables or our website. Clients remain responsible for the deployment, use, and compliance of the solutions delivered.
All information shared between Applabs and its clients during the course of a project will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose sensitive client information to third parties without prior written consent. Where third-party tools, APIs, or services are used in a project, Applabs cannot be held responsible for their pricing, performance, or ongoing availability. Clients are required to comply with the terms of those third-party providers when applicable.
Either Applabs or the client may terminate a service agreement with written notice in line with the terms of the specific contract. Any work completed up to the date of termination must be paid in full by the client.
